Appointments
Please ring 9700 7777. Urgent medical problems are dealt with promptly.
Some consultations may require a longer appointment for things such as insurance/pre-employment medicals or you may have problems that need more time to discuss. Please inform the receptionist when booking if you require an extended appointment.
Appointment Cancellations
Cancellation of appointments require at least 2 hours notice where possible.
House calls (not bulk-billed) can be arranged if serious illness prevents attendance at the surgery.
Telephone Access
Doctors are not always available for immediate telephone access. Calls will be returned at the end of surgery hours.
Test Results
In order to maintain confidentiality of all our patients, we prefer that you make a follow up appointment to discuss test results. Taking time to discuss your results during an appointment helps you gain a better understanding of your medical care.
